White screen when making new game/CAS

Everything was working fine until my game updated today, everytime i load new game and it takes me to CAS, it just stays on a white screen. I have tried everything i possibly can to fix it, trying to find what mods are causing the issue taking out things from mod folder, clearing cache, repairing game, uninstalled and it is still not working only works without mods.
