Why aren’t my sims appearing?
My sims won’t appear at all. Not in game, Not on the mood bar, nowhere. Their aspirations, jobs, or needs won’t appear either. When I pick the relationships it just says “simsfirstname” and “simslastname” I need help!

Are you using mods/CC in your game?

This may be an issue with outdated mods- Try moving your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Once you've done that, test the game.
If it works normally, check for updates to your mods/CC. You can then add them back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
