Community ManagerThis may be an issue with outdated mods- Try moving your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Once you've done that, test the game.
If it works normally, check for updates to your mods/CC. You can then add them back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
