Why can I not update my game version from anywhere?

I've tried everything, and I'm exhausted.

From The Sims 4 folder, my game version is 1.69.59.1020 which is a 2020 UPDATE. 

I want to update my game but have no clue how to, and after searching everywhere including Origin and Steam, 

NOTHING IS HELPING.

I checked automatic updates in Application Settings on Origin, no "Update My Game" option.

I repaired Sims 4 multiple times on Origin, no "Update My Game" option. 

I've checked Steam a multitude of times, and yet my game version is still from last freaking year.
