Why can't I self interact with my sim?

Sometime last night I while playing one of my sims in my household stopped responding when I clicked on them. and I keep getting a Last UI Exception. I can get the sim to interact with other sims or objects but I can't self interact. I tried repairing my game files, deleted the cache but nothing worked...I do believe my mods are all in good condition as well. Idk what else to do...
