Why is my CC Getting Corrupted?

I made a post about my problem a few weeks ago but this has become a different issue now. I had a problem with my game not opening with cc/mods that I couldn't get to the bottom of so I just decided to restart my mods folder and entire game from the beginning. It worked fine earlier today and I was able to open and close the game MANY times with the new files uploaded but now it is randomly not opening again even though I have added NOTHING new to the game since last playing it. I get this notification that a cc file is corrupted but it says a new file name even though I don’t actually remove the mentioned file. All these items worked fine my last time of playing and on my other computer and I got these same pop up the last time but I thought it was just a glitch. Can anyone tell me why my cc is randomly getting corrupted after I close my game and if there is anyway to fix it? 

SN: As I was typing this it decided to open but now and then crashed when I tried opening the save
