Why is only one of my save files on the Sims 4 not letting me travel?

Question

I have had an issue in my game where only one of my save files is not letting me travel between lots. I have tested this with another save file that also had custom content on it but I can travel with that sim. I have removed all my mods from my game from the past week and nothing works. I would like to keep playing on this save file since this is a Gen 4 family but whatever works.

@reagan1406  What happens when you travel ? Endless loading screen or error code ? Does it matter what lot you travel to ?

All that happens is it just glitched. Whenever I clicked travel on the phone the sim would do the weird stance with the arms out
