Why won’t my tasks for the doctor career show up

I recently got the get to work pack and I wanted to try out the doctor career but it doesn’t show me my sims work schedule or any promotion and work tasks, I also don’t know how to access the hospital is it supposed to be in a world?

@Pilot1327 You can only access the hospital through the career or as a pregnant Sim giving birth.

Is this when you are joining your Sim to go to work that you are missing the tasks ?

Any mods/cc in your game ?
