@itsaxolotlgaming Hello! Please provide a bit more detail. Are you using a Mac / PC or console like Playstation or Xbox? If you're on Mac / PC, are you launching the game from Origin or some other way like a desktop shortcut? What happens exactly when you try to launch the game?
i am using a Mac and i’m launching it by clicking on the app on the desktop

Nevermind I fixed it. it was because I had corrupted CC
