Will not allow me to play any of my households on the sims 4

<p>Whenever I try to play or load any of my households it sends me right back to the pick a town or city page and will not let me play any of my households, I've tried to refresh to a new game, I've turned my computer off and on, and I've signed out and back into the sims 4. How can I fix this problem?</p>
