Winter Grass is Green after Latest Patch

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.99.305.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EPs, All GPs (aside from the Star Wars one), All Stuff Packs, some Kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open up the game with Seasons, set to Winter.
What happens when the bug occurs? The terrain grass no longer changes for Winter and is instead green all year around.
What do you expect to see? The terrain grass is supposed to change for the seasons.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. This happened with the latest patch from a couple of days ago. It was never an issue beforehand.

<-A picture of the grass in the winter AFTER the latest patch. It's as green as Spring/Summer.

@barisaxy Looks like you are playing in Brindleton Bay. I currently play in this world and it's also winter, but for me the grass seems fine after latest patch (game version 1.99.305.1020).

Also nobody notices those dogwood trees with branches and trunk saturated green... its been like that since Seasons patch... ugly AF... they should put some love for Brindleton Bay, and changes the color of the grass, because it used to be like in Chestnut Ridge before, much better than that hyper saturated green grass. I think it changes to that ugly saturated green after they patch in the grass becoming too brown for some players after the seasons patch, and it did created also that bug for the dogwood trees... EA please... this has been YEARS of this...

Well, darn. I do play with mods, but I removed all mods to make sure this wasn't an issue with the mods. So now I don't know what's causing this or if it will ever be fixed. =(

@barisaxy Not everyone has to have the same bugs. I just posted it looks fine for me (right now), so we might find out whats different. For example it could be pack related, you never know.

    • Did you just started a new savefile and set it to winter, does it also happen in saves that existed before the update? Mine is an old save, didn't test it with a new one.
    • What other weather conditions occurred, e.g. was it freezing outside or windy? I noticed when I got close to spring the grass got partially lusher.
    • Does it change something when you go through a whole season cycle? You can change the season with the weather machine (needs to be upgraded) or use the cheat seasons.advance_season.

Hello, just updating to say that this issue seems to no longer be happening. If it pops up again, I will test those, Lutoolu.
