Won’t save game

Hi. I have sims 4 and I tried to play on my PC, however every time I try to save my sims, it will not let me save. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling I’ve tried deleting cache files I don’t know how to fix this and I want to play my game. Here is a screenshot of what I mean.
