HELP! I've had this problem since the update, it may be lumpinou mod, anyone else experiencing this?

I can confirm it is Lumpinous RPO mod. I removed it from my game and have all my missing romance options back.
UPDATE: Luminou has released an update for the RPO mod.
The Lumpinou RPO mod is confirmed broken at the moment, remove it and try starting the game back up without it.
Try getting rid of the lumpinou relationship mod/mods
Having the same issue 😕
