@kghill01 I don't have yeast as an ingredient to buy. Are you sure that's not something that comes with a mod ? Seems there's an adult mod that adds this.

What @crinrict said. I’ve made a lot of nectar but have never used yeast. I googled and found a certain adult mod does require yeast in making nectar, but I don’t have that mod installed.
thank you for this! I have snip installed and can't make wine without yeast (which I have purchased numerous times yet it NEVER appears in my inventory).. I will uninstall it and see what happens.
