“Adopt a child” turn off in Neighborhood stories didn’t work

Hi, I have a problem with Neighborhood Stories. I'm trying to have a big family, but without adopting children. So I turned off in manage households "Adopt a child" in configuration for neighborhood ...

    @Dahlianka Okay so I have many time to try it out... I found that there are more options to influence it without completely turning off this option

I'm going to try turning off Neighbor Stories completely today and see if that helps. I also wrote in the thread you sent me in your reply. I'll keep this open until I'm sure it helped me.
