1.21 PS4 Gallery Doesn't show up

I downloaded the new 1.21 update on my playstation 4, but when I go into the game and open the gallery there's no difference to how it was before. I've tried to restart both the game and console seve...

@AarenTheRainbow  I was trying this out on my PS4 with a child account, and like you I could not see the gallery on level 5 even with the online content and age restriction filters off. I bumped it up to 8, which is still teen (and your age range) and tried and when I logged into Sims on the child account it prompted me to create an EA account.

So see if bumping the parental control up to 8 (still teen, no M games allowed) helps.

    @AarenTheRainbow I'm going to put the contact for EA on here with instructions. If you've set your PS4 up correctly for parental controls the issue could be your EA account itself.

    • Select the Sims
    • Select your Platform
    • Select a Topic
    • Select an issue
    • At the next screen you can chat with a live support person.
