I started a new family to get the Alphabet trophy & got excited to show my bf my original Sim's house (that I've played for several years).I clicked "Save & Exit" and wasn't paying attention & thought I was switching households & instead was actually clicking that as the save slot. Sorry you've lost your save Jazzmica I've had this happen more than once myself. Saves are held in the Xbox cloud rather than by EA and if you've saved over it, sadly that's now not retrievable. If you have builds and Sims saved in your library or saved to the Gallery you can restore them to a new save.What I usually do is create an identical backup save by saving the game twice, that way I can't accidentally lose my main save.

Accidentally Saved Over My YEARS Old Save File
