Playing sims 4 on PC. All add ons gone. The saved game is still there but it says now it requires the expansion packs which i already have had for so long. All my payment history and download history gone too.
After repair, only one expansion shows up. Still cant play the game.
Managed to find solution and got my expansions back
I dont have multiple accounts. I only have My current account. Even when i open the sims game, it shows last played in February 2026. But 0 minutes on my profile.
after hitting repair, it shows 1 expansion installed March 2025 but when i open the game, it still says the same expansion required to play the game.

It sounds to me like you might have multiple EA accounts, and that you're not logging in to the one that has all your expansions. Especially since, as you say, your payment history is gone. If you have any other emails you might have used to make an account with us I'd recommend trying those, otherwise you may need to reach out to our live support team so they can see if they can help you find your EA account.
