add ons showing unowned

i had around 10 add on in my account haven't been on in around a month now saying my add ons are not owned and gone i have restarted sims rest the game but still showing the same im not use how to get the add on i have paid for back

Hey DMoran1201,

If you're on Xbox, please follow the steps below to make sure your packs are installed:

Highlight The Sims on the dashboard

Press the Menu button on the controller

Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"

You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
