all my saves, new and old, are corrupting on xbox one

basically as the title says. i was playing in a new save (only a few days old, one gen with an infant) and when i was saving i noticed old saves disappearing. then i got the error code 34. then that save disappeared. suddenly all that was left was two saves from about a year ago. i was annoyed but accepted it, and made a new game. ive been playing it for the past 3 days, putting hours and hours into it, saving it in different new files to have back ups, and now they are disappearing too, and i just got the error code 34 again. i have almost all the dlc, but i havent been using any residential rentals, i only have one household with 3 sims, my only build is the one they are living in. i cant understand why this is happening, ive never had any corrupted saves until now. obviously no mods or cc as im on console. it's at a point where i literally cant play because my saves are disappearing. ive put so much time and money into this game, for what?
