Any news in fixes before any more money is spent

My teen is begging me to buy her more of the packs for the computer (which I have already purchased all of them them for the PlayStation) while they’re on sale for the mid-summer sale and I’ve said “No. Absolutely not another cent until I can log into he PlayStation and play my characters again. I’ve spent over a thousand dollars on a game I can’t even play anymore.”

It crashed when you save it on the PlayStation. Thus you can’t play it.

Any news on whether or not that’s ever going to be fixed?! 

There’s no way in heck I’m going to play for her to add packs and kits just for it to stop working too.

What’s in the works for fixing this?
