Auto save not working
I was playing the sims for hours when my game crashed (ps5) and I went to go back into it and lost hours worth of gameplay cuz auto save didn’t work at all. My auto save barely ever works and this is frustrating that the game crashed too.

The Sims 4 doesn't really have an auto-save feature like other games- instead it saves at specific intervals such as travelling, or exiting to Manage Worlds. You'll need to be sure you save often to avoid losing any progress.
As for the crashing- is this happening to you often?
