Autosave crashes

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PS4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.26
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except My First Pets and Moschino
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When a save is open and attempting to load a household
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes upon loading a household
What do you expect to see? Game opens correctly and I'm able to play the damn game!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No. Console player so can't use them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes, the lastest one.
Please describe the patch or change you made. Downloaded the update after having the bug where loading my saves were crashing the game. Played it for a few hours, had to reload after a small issue, tried to load the household. Crash. Left it, tried again today. Loading the household. Crash. Got rid of the household and created a new one from the saved models in my library. Placed them. Crash. Tried a new household. Crash.

Can I just note EA, this is 2 major bugs preventing play in 3 days, and after I just forked out £32 for the latest pack. If this isn't resolved soon, can you inform me of the proper channels to go for a refund since the ENTIRE GAME is now in a unplayable state?

    @crinrictTested on a fresh save and it's a bit odd. If I save and load from a manual save, no issue. Issue only occurs when loading the autosave in the game.

    @SavedSoul2890 But it crashes when you load into the household or does it crash when you load the save itself ?

    This doe sound a bit different.

    @crinrict When I load the household. It was doing it on load, but the recent patch fixed that. Now it's just on a household load. I deleted the save and it seems stable for now. If the issue comes up again, I'll post.

    @SavedSoul2890 I'm moving your posts over to the console forum. Seems it could have been a corrupted auto-save that is now correct.

    A console helper will assist you further if you have more issues.

    I don't think it's the same as the PC crash.
