Birthday Discount??

So The Sims 4 is offering discounts on their add-ons for "The Sims" 25th birthday.  Problem is, on their website, they're offering expansion packs for 50%, but when you go to the Playstation Playstore, that discount is still being charged full price.  A key example is, "The Sims 4: Cottage Living."  According to the ea website, it's discounted at $19.99, but when you click to buy it, Playstation wants to charge the full $39.99.  But Playstation didn't stop there.  They were nice enough to bundle "Cottage Living" up with "Dream Home Decorator" and "Tiny Living" and discount that from $49.99 to $39.99. Just give me a discount on the expansion.  Don't throw in all these other add-ons.
