bought expansion pack and content is not working
i bought the Cottage Living expansion pack in Sims 4 on my PS4 and none of the content is working. the create a sim items, the build mode items, and the Henford-on-Bagley world all are not working. i made sure the game was downloaded and the game is saying i own the pack so i don’t know what’s wrong.

Let's first check these steps to be sure all your DLC is fully installed to your console:
- Restore the licenses on your console
- Go to your Game Library
- Scroll to Your Collection
- Select The Sims 4
- Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
- Select the DLC in this list and select Install
- When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims
You'll also want to check that you're currently logging into your PlayStation with the same PSN account that purchased Cottage Living- you can look over the transaction history for your PSN account to verify that you're logging in with the same PSN ID.
