Not even exiting and reloading helps. Mine is continuously glitching.
I’m having the same issue and will soon post a whole full comment detailing every issue if you are interested. However, for now I found the most effective temporary fix to reinstall the game. I would say it’s not worth it, but if you have super fast WiFi it may not be so bad. Another thing is closing the application helped, but I found it came back more quickly. I restored my license, and again only temporary. It sucks but these are little things that can help until it is fixed.
