Can’t Claim BLAST FROM THE PAST REWARDS

Question

I play from a XboxS console- When I try to clsim my rewards it says I have to be online, even though I’m already online. I tripled checked that everything was working fine as far as the system &amp; the connection. Still can’t claim the rewards after everything I’ve tried. Any suggestions?&nbsp;

I can’t claim BLAST FROM THE PAST rewards bc it says I need to be online, but I am online. I triple checked everything, but I still can’t claim them. It’s an in-game problem. Please fix it!&nbsp;
