Can’t load a save PS5

I was playing earlier for quite some time I saved and got off the game to do. Something else came back and now when I try to load in and resume my game, it sends me to manage worlds. Then, when I click on my house, it says create new household and move in. I’ve been playing the same for generations now I don’t wanna lose it. What can I do?

Did you only have one save file? It sounds like you may have overwritten your save. Your save files are stored locally to your console, so unfortunately if you have overwritten a save file, there would be no way to restore that. You'd need to continue playing on the new save file instead.

Hundreds of dollars and years and hours dedicated to what I thought was my favorite game. Just for it to have been stolen from me. Gallery glitched out..I had to hard quit and when I reload in, my load is GONE!!! I mean, hey, sims freezing, animal skins showing as blacked out, unable to change outfits. Etc etc etc etc. Whatever! But take all of what I've been building for years? Poof. Heck you. I bought pack after pack during the spring sale..I hope this game and company and everyone who works for EA sinks the way they sunk me. Oh! & My customer support help was telling me to turn my Xbox on and off again. What a load of CROC! 😡 Thanks for nothing!
