Cant save error 423

Can someone help me it is really frustrating. I already spent a lot on my game I recently have this error 423. I tried to play other household and it still the same. I tried to open in safe mode and clear cache and still the same. I tried to do manage world first before saving and still the same. Please help as I am losing the will to play and just give up.
