Can’t Save Any Lots

Ever since I’ve downloaded Businesses & Hobbies, I haven’t been able to save any lots I’ve created or upload them to the gallery. I’m playing on Xbox so I don’t have any mods. I’m able to save any sims I create and game saves, it’s just the lots. I’ve even tried clearing my cache and game reserve. I’d be fine with resetting my game completely if I were able to have my builds but I’ve spent too much time on so many just to have them erased.  How can I fix this?
