Can I play Sims on a PS5 after playing on my laptop

I started playing Sims4 on my laptop since Dec 2024, I was wondering if I would be able to play that saved game on a PS5?

    Hello @qjbc2z23j23a 

    Saves and owned content would not be transferrable cross-platform. If you play on PS5, you would have separate save files from your PC.

Does that mean I would have to purchase all my pack & other things again? Pretty much start all over from the beginning?

Your DLC would not transfer over either as different platforms use different stores. You'd need to re-purchase the content for your console.
