Can not open the shop

Ps4 got a system update the other day, that might help if you haven't already done it 🙂 Also sometimes when trying to buy stuff from the in game store it doesn't work properly (had this myself) Have you tried closing down your sims game and opening the PlayStation store to look for dlc? Or is it the ps store itself that isn't working?
