Cannot connect to gallery or network sims 4 ps4
Hi I am struggling connecting to gallery on sims 4 ps4. It says no internet connection. I went back to home page options and tried it there but it says cannot connect error code 3. I have checked the...
Let's try the following steps:
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the guide from PlayStation
- Verify that your PlayStation Plus membership is currently active
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Restore the Licenses on your console
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
