Let's see if we can get this object deleted by following these steps:
- In Live Mode, pause your game open the cheat box and type in "testingcheats true"
- Shift+Click this fabricator and select "Reset Object (debug)"
- Try deleting the fabricator then
If this doesn't work, try saving this lot to your Gallery's library section, bulldoze the lot and replace it. You can also move your household out to a different home, then move them back in to see if that resolves the issue with getting this item deleted.
