Do you get a specific error code or message when this happens, like Error Code: 0?

Yes, it is that error code: 0. I've gotten it every single time an event has updated. Even all the way back to the Reaper's Rewards events. Each time it has erased my saved files. However, I continued to persevere and I restarted all back at the beginning again. Unfortunately, this time with the Blast from the Past Event that updated this week, it not only erased all my saved data, but it will no longer allow me to save a new game at all. There is plenty of storage on my console. I even relocated the game to the external drive, just in case. I also cleared the cache by doing the restart. I love playing the Sims! Please help.
