I’m converting from a PS4 to a PS5 and I already did a data transfer that was supposedly successful but I can’t access any of my saves! I have all my packs but no saves. I’m logged into my account and everything, what do I do??

Did your save data transfer over for other games, or are you missing save data for all your games?
If the automatic transfer didn't work, you can try transferring your data manually through a USB flash drive. To do that, plug your flash drive into your PS4 and head to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage and select Copy to USB Storage Device.
Once the data has been copied to your USB, you can plug it into your PS5 and go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings > Saved Data (PS4) > Cloud Storage and choose Download to Console Storage.
