can't buy sims 4 add on's for xbox

I have attached what pops up for me when I try to buy a Sims 4 kit for my Xbox My Xbox was recently updated and my laptop windows too Not sure what's happening or why?

    Hi @LC4431 

    Are you getting an error if you try making the purchase directly from the Xbox store on your console as well?

I have never tried to buy from my console before so I don't know
