Can't change appearnce of sim during creation on xbox
I just started playing the game on xbox. I can create a (custom) sim, edit gender, age, personality, etc, but it just assigns me a random body. I can't find any way to change my body size, appearance, clothing, anything. I have tried every button, stick, icon, whatever. I can find no way to do it. Which controller button is it? Thanks.

After you've finished editing your Sim's identity, you can press the B button to back out of those specific settings. From there, you should see a cursor on your screen which you can use to select different clothing, change body shapes, etc.
If you're not seeing the cursor, try pressing the View button on your controller to get the cursor to appear.
