Can't claim rewards on PlayStation 4

      When I tried to claim my rewards on the sims nature event it says an online connection is required but I'm online. I started restoring the game in safe mode but that didn't work. Everything I tried didn't work so can y'all please find a way to fix this on console.

    I'm having the same issue. Its nice to read that I'm not the only one. Can you please fix this EA? I'm running out of time to claim my rewards :(
