Community ManagerThanks for checking! Please run through the following steps to help clear this up:
- Please run through the connection guide here as well as the steps from Xbox
- Change your DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
- Try removing and re-adding your gamertag from your Xbox
- Check that you have an open NAT type on your console
I tried the other things and they didn't change anything, but if I remove my gamertag from my Xbox, would I lose data?

Removing and re-adding your gamertag will not affect any save data or purchased content on your account- your saves and purchased content will still be available once you re-add your gamertag.
DId you fix it having this issue now
