Can't link my EA and Xbox accounts

I'm trying to link my Xbox and EA accounts, but it says my EA account is already linked to an email address that isn't mine. And it is not showing up in the list as linked, so I can't disable it.

Please help

You'd need to continue working with live support on this- if you're not seeing an option to speak with an advisor, try creating a brand new case using different topics or issues.

Hi,
I tried talking to an adviser, he said to try and reset my password to my deactivated account, I tried that and am not receiving the reset password email, and now it won't let me use the speak with an advisor option on the website anymore to fix the issue.
Can someone please just unlink my xbox account from the deactivated EA account?

If your gamertag is currently linked to a disabled EA account, you'll need to contact the live support team so they can take a look with you- account recovery isn't something we're able to help with here on the forums.

Please submit a help request here so the live support team can help you get logged back in.
