Can't play for more than 10-15 minutes

I play on xbox, since September 1st ive been building a home for my new sims I was able to build the home. I moved the sims in and have tried to put their belongings into this new home. 10 to 15 minutes of build mode the screen turns black and takes me to my home screen on xbox and I have to load everything again. It'll open up to when I moved the sims into the new home but when I tried again to move their items from home storage into the home it did it again. 

I have Uninstalled the entire game(add ons  and all) and reinstalled it I'm still currently having the same issue.
