Cant save a game unplayable

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Console
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them but not star wars
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try saving ur game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't save game error code:0. All old saved games are gone.
What do you expect to see? I should be able too save my game
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Gallery update, and the sept 3rd update.

Cant garden cant upload homes frm the gallery, cant save. Thebgame is unplayable

    @grneyz67 Please uninstall the game, all it's packs, and power down your console.

    Once you power the console back on, reinstall the game and all packs.

    Make sure you are online and connected to the correct account on your XBox. If your saves were not backed up in the cloud prior to them deleting from the console, they are probably lost.

    have you tried cleaning out your library?

    at least sometimes it seems that a big library is causing save problems.
