Can't Save and can't place in build mode

Which language are you playing the game in? English

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What is your current game version number? Newest version

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? A lot

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play for 10 minutes then try to place anything in build mode and then try to save.

What happens when the bug occurs? you can clean or select object in build and buy, but you can't place it. 

Then try to save, save and exit, or go to other worlds and it won't save. It just spins like it is trying to load the saves. 

What do you expect to see? I want to finish builds and not worry that I can't save.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No. Consoles do not have mods.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes, the recent one on May first.

I have 457 GB of space left so it is not that there is not enough space on my system.
