Can't save

Hi,

I’ve been experiencing persistent save failures in The Sims 4 for quite some time now. Every attempt to manually save, fails, resulting in lost progress and forcing me to restart repeatedly.

Auto-saving isn’t a workaround either, as the game crashes whenever I try to travel or enter Manage Worlds. This makes the game effectively unplayable.

I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Rebuilding the console database

Updating both the console system software and The Sims 4

Restarting the console

Unfortunately, none of these have resolved the issue.

I own all expansion, game, and stuff packs, with the exception of two expansion packs (Enchanted by Nature and Adventure Awaits) and a few kits. Given the extent of the content installed, I’m concerned this may be related to game stability or save-file handling on console.

I’d appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue or confirmation if this is a known problem with an upcoming fix.
