Can't switch between sims in CAS on PS4

I can't switch between sims in CAS on PS4, have tried controller as well as mouse and keyboard. Also have tried restarting game multiple times.

    @EA_Solaire seems it was a 48 hour bug LOL thank you for your reply

    but yes, I tried all of the above and had even switched to mouse and keyboard to see if that worked

    Hey there @RayneBo99,

    Are you trying to toggle between the Sims using L1 and R1, or are you selecting them with the left joystick and pressing A over the Sim's icon at the lower-left corner?
