Can't upload my plots to my library

Hey, 

For 4 days I can't upload my plots to my library. My internet is connected to my ps4, it's not the fastest, but I play Dead by daylight and Genshin Impact with the same internet with almost zero problems. 

I can access the gallery without a problem, the store of my ps4 isn't full or about to be and I deleted and re-uploaded the game, nothing changed. I've almost all DLC's (I know this causes problems) and the updates, well, are updated. 

Does anyone has an idea what I could do next? Cuz I can't really play like this.
