Cats and dogs bundle is not showing up xbox

Hi! So I recently purchased the cats and dogs bundle for my xbox and when i entered the game the pack is not shown under my packs and I cannot create an animal. Please someone assist me on how I can ...

    Hello @ilikemycatmochi,

    It sounds like your bundle isn't fully installed on your Xbox. Let's go ahead and follow the steps here to make sure it's downloaded:

    • Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
    • Press the Menu button on the controller
    • Select "Manage Games and Add-ons" 
    • You should see an option here to "Install" Cats & Dogs

    Let me know if you're still not seeing your content in-game once you've tried this.

    Hello! 
    I am having this same problem.  It used to work, then it disappeared. So I’ve done the steps listed here and even deleted and reinstalled the cats and dogs. But it Still doesn’t show up in the game. 

    What else can I do?

    Hello! my cats and dogs bundle also isn’t working i got the disc in store with cats and dogs bundle added into it. i got it many years ago and i went to log into ly

    game today and it said i didn’t have it. i tried going to manage game and install but it still didn’t work

      This happened to me too, I tried looking for solutions and nothing helped. Unfortunately I caved in and just re-bought the pack because it’s on sale. But now it’s not showing up even though it says it’s installed. I hope you figure it out!
