CATS AND DOGS PS5!

Hello everyone, I noticed that while playing the game via PS5, that we don’t have the cats and dogs expansion pack. So someone else posted about having the same issue and one of the managers replied and advised for them to buy it straight from the PlayStation app and it will be the bundle. Well I purchased it and downloaded it straight from the PlayStation store and it is not working still. Does anyone know what is going on ?

    Hey there Kaywayy49​ 

    First let's be sure your pack is fully installed by following these steps:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

    Hello, I downloaded what you said and it still won’t work for me. Is there an update happening with it ? Can EA or Sims alert their players because it feels like a big scam to me right now..
