Absolutely at a loss on what to do about this. I have been all over this site and I can see mentions of CE-108255-1. I have seen the standard troubleshooting suggestion page and have done them all. reinstalled my game etc and absolutely nothing works. I thought that the complete reinstall of the game had fixed it but nope. The game is becoming basically unplayable for me now. Sims is the only game this happens on and I am at a loss on what to do. Any solution that works appreciated. Having paid good money for every single expansion pack the fact the game is unstable is a bit ridiculous.I am on a PS5 and have checked both the game and the system. Both are fully up to date. i have cleared the cache and done the full reinstall of everyhing and made sure it is on the hard drive not an extension.The error occurs almost every time I attempt to travel from the lot or use the CAS. I have tried to keep the number of townies and things in my gallery down as I heard that could be an issue (for some reason).Many Thanks for any help.

I will bring life into this thread again.
i keep getting this error code often when attempting to save the game or traveling. Just like the thread says i tried every solution and also contacting support on Sony. They say the issue is with the game developers end aswell.
Definently not a hardware issue.
This needs to be looked into considering it makes my game almost unplayable since i almost cant save my game. It got way worse after your last update. Could this be fixed please!?!?

Was your issue resolved? I have the same issue with NFS Payback.. reached Playstation team and they asked me it's the issue of the game and not PS end. Hence they asked me to reach EA team

Hello, Am I now correct working under the assumption that EA are done with support regarding this issue?

I have explained that I have done all of the things mentioned and I have spoken to Sony who agree that because this is happening with this one game it is the game that is at fault. Having spent hundreds of pounds in this game with expansions you would think that EA would do something about this. Right now it feels like EA is taking the money and running because it doesn't matter now. Please can somebody at EA fix this problem it seems to be impacting a huge number of people.

@199078054e65b927 @EA_Solaire spoken to EA who say because it only happens with one game it is likely the game that is the problem. They recommended just not playing the game in question which isn't a very helpful answer having spent £100s of pounds in expansion packs.

@EA_Solaire This only happens with the sims 4 no other game has ever had this issue so with that in mind it doesn't indicate a problem with my Playstation. No matter if EA does advise basically removing all my save files and starting all over again. Again appreciate you are the messenger not the cause Solaire but this is pretty tiresome for something people spend hundreds of pounds on purchasing to be so unstable. I had hoped that the recent message about improved performance and troubleshooting was going to resolve this but alas nearly 2 months on...nothing.

@EA_Solaire Also just to confirm that the final suggestion wiping the entire console of all save games "repairs the error" because the error only seems to effect large save game files. So it isn't actually a fix it is just starting the game all over again losing any progress and maxing the fact the problem remains that when my next game gets large enough the error returns.

@EA_Solaire Hi Solaire, I have done all of that and none of it works. I see this site is full of people where that same advice has been given and they still say it doesn't fix the problem. This advice no matter how many people get told it doesn't seem to work. Sorry to be a pain Solaire but the forum seems full of people saying that for years and yet no change of advice from EA. Appreciate you are the messenger here but after spending hundreds of pounds on this game with expansions it is a really poor show by EA. Any additional advice be appreciated as I am at a loss.
